Replacing the sleeve of your Cintropur filter

The sleeve is the filtering element of a Cintropur filter. Over time it can wear or no longer clean properly: it is then replaced by a new sleeve, specific to the filter model.

Finding the right reference

  • Filter model: NW 18, NW 25, NW 32, TIO or the NW 500 / 650 / 800 range.
  • Filtration fineness: given on the sleeve's product page.
  • Rating plate: it confirms the model of your unit.

Is a sleeve universal?

No. Each filter family has its own sleeves. Check the exact model of your filter before ordering, using the name on the product page.

When should the sleeve be replaced?

When it is damaged, deformed, or when cleaning no longer restores the flow. Regular maintenance extends its life, as per the manufacturer's instructions.

Are sleeves easy to change?

Replacement is done by opening the bowl, after shutting off the water and releasing the pressure. See your filter's instructions for the exact procedure.
