How do I choose a barrel pump for an acid?

Take a pump in a material resistant to the acid concerned (polypropylene or PVDF, for example) and check the product's compatibility with its seals on the product page.

Do I need an ATEX model?

For flammable liquids, use a pump designed for that purpose and respect the regulations applying to your site. If in doubt, ask the manufacturer.

Does the length of the pump tube matter?

Yes, the dip tube must suit the height of the drum or container. Check the available length on the product page before ordering.
