A clamp coupling for sanitary and food installations

A Clamp fitting joins two ferrules with a gasket, tightened by a hinged clamp. It comes apart quickly for cleaning or inspection, which is why it is used in food processing, breweries, dairies and stainless steel installations.

Components to combine

  • Ferrule to weld to the tube, in 316L stainless steel.
  • Gasket in EPDM, to be chosen according to the fluid and temperature.
  • Clamp, single or double-hinged.
  • Standard of the ferrules: ISO, DIN or SMS, not to be mixed without checking.

Frequently asked questions: Clamp fittings

Are the ISO, DIN and SMS standards compatible?

They have different dimensions and are not always interchangeable. Combine ferrules, gaskets and clamps of the same standard and check the dimensions on the product page.

How do I choose the gasket?

Take a gasket compatible with the fluid and the temperature. EPDM suits many uses, but check the product page and the manual for your application.

Why use a double-hinged clamp?

It gives even tightening and easy fitting, useful for couplings that are often taken apart. Follow the manual for tightening.
