How your card payment is secured
To ensure the security of payments, the site uses the Sogecommerce secure payment service from SOCIETE GENERALE; this service incorporates the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security standard, supplemented by 3D Secure technology.
Confidential data (the 16-digit bank card number, the expiry date and the security code) are transmitted in encrypted form directly to the payment provider’s server, without passing through the physical media of the Pompes-H2O server.
After the order is confirmed, the payment request is routed in real time to the SOCIETE GENERALE secure remote payment manager. The latter sends an authorisation request to the bank card network, then issues an electronic certificate.
Problem paying by card online?
Check with your bank that it has your up-to-date mobile phone number on file: to validate your payment, your bank must send you an encrypted code by SMS.

Yes. Payment goes through the Sogecommerce secure payment service from Société Générale (SSL and 3D Secure). The card number, expiry date and security code are sent encrypted directly to the payment provider, without passing through the Pompes-H2O server.
My card payment is declined: what should I do?
Check with your bank that it has your up-to-date mobile phone number: it must send you an SMS code to validate the payment.
Can a public body pay by administrative order?
Yes, by bank transfer, with the invoice filed on Chorus Pro. See the Payment by administrative order page.
