Can the activated carbon container be refilled?

Yes: the CTN container is refillable, and activated carbon refills are offered in two sizes. An empty container is also available to fill yourself.

When should the UV lamp be replaced?

The lamp wears with time. Respect the service life given by the manufacturer and use only a lamp compatible with your unit.
