Why fit a non-return valve on the discharge?

It prevents water that has already been lifted from flowing back into the tank when the pump stops. Choose a valve suited to dirty water, in the right diameter.

How do I choose a control panel?

Check the number of pumps, the voltage (230 V or 400 V), the permitted power and whether there is an alarm. This information is on the product page.

Are accessories compatible with every pump?

Not always. Compare the diameters, threads and electrical characteristics of the accessory with those of your pump before ordering.
