Joining, splitting and connecting hose lines

Fire couplings connect hoses, pumps, nozzles and hydrants. The category includes two- or three-valve dividers, reducers, elbows, manifolds and shut-off valves, in aluminium or brass, in DSP, AR or Guillemin coupling types.

Compatibility rules

  • Coupling system: DSP, AR, Guillemin or Keyser, to be matched along the whole line.
  • Nominal diameter identical on both sides.
  • Material: light aluminium or sturdier brass, depending on use.

Frequently asked questions: Fire hose couplings

How do I know which coupling to use?

Identify the system of your current couplings (DSP, Guillemin...) and their diameter. Only couplings of the same system and diameter fit together properly.

What is a divider for?

The divider splits the water from one line into several valved hose lines, so you can supply several nozzles from a single source.

Aluminium or brass?

Aluminium is light, handy for carried equipment. Brass is sturdier and heavier. Choose according to frequency and conditions of use.
