Lift pump with vortex impeller POMA

The vortex impeller of the Poma pump leaves a completely free passage through the pump body; the vortex effect and the recessed position of the impeller limit the effects of abrasion and avoid blockage. The Poma pump is controlled automatically by a float sliding along the pump, with thermal protection built into the pump in case of motor overload. Dry running is possible without damaging the pump.

Use:
- Lifting rainwater and domestic waste water.
- Draining sump water (in a confined space).

- Body, impeller and cover in stainless steel-reinforced resin (composite materials).
- Double mechanical seal in silicon carbide, in an oil bath.
- Sealed ball bearings.
- Induction motor, 2 poles, single-phase / 230V / 50Hz.
- Protection relay embedded in resin.
- Thermal protection built into the motor winding.
- Watertight tube along the pump with float level switch.
- Protection: IP 68.
