A two-pump booster set for larger demand

These sets combine two pumps mounted in parallel, vertical or horizontal, with a 230 V or 400 V supply depending on the model. They suit apartment buildings, hotels, farms and industrial sites where water demand varies widely.

Why two pumps

  • Continuity: one can maintain service if the other is stopped.
  • Matching demand: a single pump runs at low demand, two at high demand.
  • Shared wear between the two machines.

Frequently asked questions: Two-pump fixed speed booster sets

Do both pumps always run together?

Generally not: depending on the model's control mode, one pump starts first and the second joins in if demand requires it. Check the product page.

How do I size the booster set?

Estimate the maximum simultaneous flow and the pressure needed at the least favourable point, then compare with the curves on the product page.

Which accessories should I plan?

Plan isolation valves, a suitable tank and, if needed, protection against lack of water. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for installation.
