Equipment dedicated to AdBlue

AdBlue is a urea solution used by diesel engines to treat exhaust gases. It is corrosive to some metals and must be kept clean. AdBlue pumps are therefore made from compatible materials: the range includes units for IBC tanks, dispensers and diaphragm pumps.

Selection criteria

  • Power supply: 12 V, 230 V or pneumatic.
  • Container: IBC tank, drum or jerrycan.
  • Metering: a dedicated meter can complete the installation.

Frequently asked questions: AdBlue pumps

Can a diesel pump be used for AdBlue?

No. AdBlue requires compatible materials and a clean circuit. Diesel would contaminate it. Use equipment designed for AdBlue, as stated on the product page.

What equipment for a 1000-litre IBC tank?

An AdBlue dispensing unit in 12 V or 230 V fits on the IBC tank, with a hose and nozzle. Choose the voltage depending on whether a mains socket is nearby.

How should AdBlue be stored?

Keep it in a clean, closed container, protected from frost and excessive heat, following the product supplier's instructions. Avoid any contamination by other liquids.
