Protect the fuel and the engine

A fuel filter holds back the particles and water found in diesel, especially during storage or transfer. The range includes water-separating filters, with cartridges of different filtration levels, to be installed on the dispensing line.

Criteria to compare

  • The filtration level, expressed in microns (5 µ, 30 µ).
  • The maximum flow the filter can handle.
  • The replacement cartridge suited to your model.

Frequently asked questions: Fuel filters

Why install a water-separating filter?

Water can form in a tank through condensation. A water separator holds it back before the nozzle, to reduce the risk of getting water into the machine's tank.

Which filtration level should I choose?

A finer level (5 µ) holds back more particles than a 30 µ level, but can clog faster. Choose according to how clean the fuel is and your equipment's recommendations.

When should the cartridge be replaced?

Replace it as the manufacturer indicates, or sooner if the flow drops noticeably. Use the cartridge reference that matches your filter, given on the product page.
