The right hose for each side of the pump

A fuel hose is made from a material that resists hydrocarbons. There are suction hoses, which connect the tank to the pump, and delivery hoses, which carry the fuel to the nozzle. Complete kits are also available.

Choosing methodically

  • The diameter (DN): it must match that of the pump.
  • The working pressure shown on the product page.
  • The length: avoid excess, which increases pressure losses.

What is the difference between suction and delivery?

The suction hose works under vacuum and must resist crushing. The delivery hose withstands the pump pressure. Do not mix them up: see the product page.

What is a delivery kit?

It is a ready-to-fit set: hose, fittings and nozzle for a given pump model. It saves you from looking for each part separately. Check compatibility with your pump.

When should a fuel hose be replaced?

Replace it if it is cracked, hardened or swollen, if it leaks at the fittings or if it has been crushed. A worn hose can cause fuel leaks.
