Pump station 1 pump vortex impeller (0.55kw - 230V) tank 230L

Delivered complete and ready to use, with everything needed for connecting the delivery hose, ventilation and the electrical supply. The station is fully equipped, with the pump connected to a pipe, with a special waste water check valve, PVC valve, mounted on union fittings...

Use:
- Lifting of waste water for a home, up to 20 people.

Composition of the kit:
- 1 tank that can be buried or placed on the ground, made of high-density polyethylene, with a watertight lid locked by hex-head screws, perfect sealing, volume 230 litres.
- 1 special cast iron lift pump for loaded water (vortex impeller) supplied with 20 m of cable + 1 float for start/stop.
- 1 rigid pipework (inside).
- 1 shut-off valve with union fitting, PVC Ø 63 mm.
- 1 special waste water ball check valve in PVC Ø 63 mm.
- 1 PVC wall passage Ø 63 x 2“1/2.
- 2 cable glands.
- 1 lip seal to fit the Ø 100 inlet pipe.
- 1 lip seal for ventilation in Ø 50.
- 1 male plug 230V.
- 1 RST3 connection kit (damp environment).
- 2 straight high-pressure PVC M fittings Ø63 x 2" + 1 PVC F/F union fitting.
- 25m or 50m of flexible PVC hose, reinforced with an impact-resistant spiral, Ø63 external.
- 1 " overflow" tank alarm panel, with buzzer and fault light, fitted with a waste water float level detector, 10m cable.

- The set is assembled and delivered ready to use.

 * 1 or 2 extension rings of 300 mm each can be screwed on.

* Working volume of the station (with the factory float setting) = 50 litres.
