Description

Underground lifting station, in highly resistant polyethylene, with sealed lid with 3-point locking with triangle key. Working volume of the station (with factory float setting) = 70 litres.

Use:
- Lifting of all waste water from a dwelling of up to 20 people.

Composition of the lifting station:
- 1 buried tank in highly resistant polyethylene.
- 1 lift pump in special cast iron for loaded water (vortex impeller) supplied with 20 m of cable + 1 float for start/stop.
- 1 cast iron base foot + stainless steel guide bars.
- 1 isolating valve (with union fitting) in PVC Ø 63 mm for maintenance.
- 1 special waste water ball check valve in PVC Ø 63 mm.
- 1 nylon support rope Ø 8 mm.
- 1 rigid pipework (inside).
- 2 cable glands built into a recess for the power supply and the overflow
- station outlet kit Ø 63 mm comprising: 1 PVC fitting and 1 flexible hose + 2 compression fittings. Can be fitted to PVC or PEHD pipework.
- 1 male/female 45° elbow for PVC Ø 100.
- 1 lip seal to fit the Ø 100 inlet pipe, (hole to be drilled at Ø 108 mm).
- 1 lip seal for ventilation in Ø 50, (drilling to be made in Ø 60 mm).
- 1 male plug 230V.

Produit de bonne qualité, complet et pompe qui paraît sérieuse avec son système sur glissières inox . Le corps du bas de la pompe paraît être en fonte alourdissant considérablement la pompe de plus , me laissant aussi un doute sur la tenue dans le temps (corrosion). La déception est que dans le descriptif (pdf) il est mentionné contenir aussi des raccords Pe en 63 de diam pour la sortie de cuve qui ne sont pas présents.
