Pump station 2 pumps open impeller (230V) tank 500L

Lifting station fitted with 2 pumps, buriable high-density polyethylene tank, with a watertight lid locked by TH screws, perfect sealing. Working volume of the station per cycle (with the factory float setting) = 100 Litres

Composition of the lifting station:
- 1 buriable 500 L tank, in highly resistant polyethylene, height 710 mm
- 2 shut-off valves (with union fitting) in PVC Ø 50 mm for maintenance
- 2 PVC Ø 50 mm ball check valves specially for waste water
- 1 rigid pipework (inside)
- 2 cast iron lift pumps with open impeller, specially for clear or slightly loaded water (10 mm passage)
- 3 float switches with 20m of cable each, including 1 overflow alarm
- 5 cable glands for the pumps and the floats
- 1 station outlet kit Ø 50 mm comprising: 1 PVC fitting and 1 flexible pipe + 2 compression fittings. Can be fitted to PVC or HDPE pipework
- 1 lip seal to fit the Ø 100 inlet pipe, (hole to be drilled at Ø 108 mm).
- 1 RST3 connection kit (wet environment)
- the pumps are supplied with 20m of cable each
- 1 control and protection panel for 2 lift pumps V2RM ELEC.

The station is supplied complete and ready to use.
