Description

Sewage lifting station with two pumps: buried tank of 780 to 1,340 L

A lifting station collects the sewage or waste water of a house, a building or a small group of dwellings when the outlet is higher than the collection points. The CALIDOUBLE PA 13 combines a buried tank in very resistant polyethylene and two Vortex impeller pumps (50 mm free passage), for use up to 100 PE (population equivalents). The control and protection panel runs the two pumps in alternation and triggers an overflow alarm.

Lifting station or lift pump?

A single lift pump is enough for a small need, such as a basement or a bathroom. A complete station is the right choice when you need a tank, two pumps that take turns for safety and an overflow alarm: a house, a business premises or a small group of dwellings (up to 100 PE with this model). For a smaller need, see our lift pumps and the guide choosing a lift pump.

Which tank volume: CALIDOUBLE 1200, 1600 or 2000?

The three versions use the same pumps (1.10 kW, single-phase 230 V, up to 36 m3/h and 10 m head); they differ by the tank volume (780, 1,060 or 1,340 L) and by the maximum inlet invert (600, 1,000 or 1,400 mm). Measure the depth of your incoming pipe, then choose the tank whose inlet invert suits it. Our guide choosing a lift pump helps you check the flow and the head.

CALIDOUBLE PA 13 station: frequently asked questions

Why a station with 2 pumps?

The panel runs the two pumps in alternation, which shares the work, and lifting does not depend on a single machine. An overflow alarm is included.

What solids can the pumps pass?

These are Vortex impeller pumps with a 50 mm free passage, designed for sewage and waste water.

What is the difference between the 1200, 1600 and 2000 versions?

The tank volume (780, 1,060 or 1,340 L), its height (1,200, 1,600 or 2,000 mm for a 1,000 mm diameter) and the maximum inlet invert (600, 1,000 or 1,400 mm). The pumps are identical.

Is ventilation provided for?

Yes: a PVC Ø 50 sleeve with its seal is supplied for the ventilation of the tank.

Can the tank be buried?

Yes, the tank is designed to be buried. Follow the installation manual supplied and check the inlet invert of your incoming pipe.

Can toilets be connected to this station?

The station is designed for sewage and loaded water, with Vortex impeller pumps passing solids up to 50 mm. For an installation that receives toilet waste, follow the installation manual and the sanitation rules of your municipality.

What is the difference between sewage and loaded water?

Sewage is household wastewater (kitchen, bathroom, toilets). Loaded water contains solids or suspended particles. The pumps of this station pass solids up to 50 mm.
