Description

CALPEDA GXVM single-phase submersible pump with little space requirement for differents applications. Heighter until to 10 m with a flow rate until to 220 liters per minute.

Use to :
- lifting and  transfert  of  domestic waste water.
- draining of domestic waste water shaft.
- dewatering of run-off waters.
- gravity-fed irrigation.

Limits of use :
- for clean or dirty water with solids particules until 25mm diameter.
- temperature of liquid until 50° C.
- maxi immersion depth to 5 m.
- minimum level of manual emptying to 30 mm.
- Continuous service.

Motor :
- Induction motor 2 pole, 50 Hz (n = 2900 1/min).
- Single-phase 230 V ± 10% (220-240 V)
- With ball float switch and thermal protection. In-built condensator.
- watercooled motor for driving the hydraulic pumps, with water circulation between the motor jacket and the outer sleeve.
- Double seal on the shaft with oil chamber.
- Insulation classe F. - Protection IP X8 (for continuous immersion).
- Dry-winding with double impregnation moisture proof.
- Standard : EN 60 335-2-41.

Pump :
- Body pump in Chrome-Nickel-Stainless steel (AISI 304).
- Suction filter in Chrome-Nickel-Stainless steel (AISI 304).
- VORTEX impeller in Chrome-Nickel-Stainless steel (AISI 304).
- Motor sleeve in Chrome-Nickel-Stainless steel (AISI 304).
- Pump sleeve in Chrome-Nickel-Stainless steel (AISI 304).
- Handle in Polypropylene.
- Shaft (AISI 303).
- Mechanical seal in aluminium oxide/hard carbon/NBR.
- Lubrication oil. White oil sealing to use in alimentary/pharmaceutical.
