Description

The VASCO speed controllers (frequency converters) are control and protection devices for surface and submersible pumps; the system is based on varying the pump's supply frequency. It can be installed on pumps already installed or on new pumps.

General specifications:
- Protects the motor from overloads and dry running.
- Controls soft start and soft stop, in order to increase the pump's service life and reduce the current drawn.
- Indication of current consumption and voltage.
- Recording of operating time, as well as incidents (faults).
- Connection to other Vasco inverters, for combined operation of constant-speed pumps, 3 pumps max. (Direct On Line).
- Option: Inductive filter to reduce the overvoltages that occur in very long cables (ideal for submersible pumps).
- Mains supply frequency: 50 - 60 Hz (+/- 2%)
- Max. working environment temperature at rated load: 40°C (104 °F)
- Max. altitude at rated load: 1000 m
- Degree of protection: IP55 (NEMA 4) *
- RS485 serial

- Supplied with 0-16 bar pressure sensor.
