This booster set has been assembled to make it easier to equip a surface, borehole or well pump. It is supplied with a diaphragm tank and a pressure switch, with a connection kit under the tank, 316 stainless steel cross, 316 stainless steel valve and 316L stainless steel pipe nipples.
Diaphragm tank specifications:
- Maximum pressure: 8.6 bars.
- Maximum temperature: 60°C.
- Pre-charge at 2.6 bar.
- Butyl diaphragm.
- Patented CAD-2 diaphragm technology.
- Three-part construction.
- Reinforced plastic connection.
- Continuous-filament glass cloth construction, sealed with epoxy resin.
- Polypropylene base.
- Design that reduces condensation
- 5-year warranty.
Composition of the kit:
- 1 Composite diaphragm booster tank, model C2 Lite, PS max 8.6 bars, models (C2B 200 - C2B 300).
- 1 Pressure switch (pressure controller), three-pole 20A, model XMP 0-6 bars.
- 1 Radial pressure gauge with stainless steel case and glycerine bath 0-6 bars.
- 1 316 stainless steel cross F/F/F/F.
- 1 Set of M/F reducers in 316 stainless steel, for connecting the pressure switch to one branch of the cross.
- 1 F/M reducer in 316 stainless steel, for connecting the tank to the cross.
- 1 316 stainless steel sheet metal support, with 2 304 stainless steel clamps welded to the support.
- 1 316 stainless steel ball valve F/F.
- 1 All-316 stainless steel check valve.
- 2 Threaded 316 stainless steel pipe nipples.
- 1 tube of sealing liquid.
- The set is delivered on a pallet, unassembled.
