Self-priming JET pump: drawing water from depth

A jet pump draws water from a well or borehole using an ejector that assists suction. It is self-priming and comes in stainless steel or cast iron, 230 V or 400 V, including models for deep wells.

When to choose it

Choose it to supply a water network, irrigate or pump from a well with a low water level. Check the suction depth and flow on the product page.

What suction depth can I reach?

It varies by model. Deep well versions have a suitable ejector. See the product page and allow for the pressure losses of your installation.

Do I need a foot valve?

Yes, a non-return valve with a strainer at the bottom of the suction pipe prevents loss of prime and protects the pump from impurities.

What precaution against dry running?

Fill the pump body before first start-up, check the suction line for leaks and do not let the pump run empty.
