Pump water using the sun

A solar pump runs on the energy of photovoltaic panels, without a mains supply. It suits isolated sites: wells, boreholes, livestock watering, irrigation. The catalogue includes a helical rotor borehole pump, with its control module and a source changeover box.

Frequently asked questions: Solar pumps

Does the pump work without sun?

It runs according to the sunshine: the more there is, the higher the flow. A storage tank gives you water on cloudy days or at night.

What is the AC/DC source changeover box for?

It lets you switch from the solar supply (direct current) to another source (alternating current), for example a generator or the mains, depending on the planned installation.

Are the solar panels supplied?

Check the contents on each product page: the panels are not always included. Feel free to contact us to size your installation.
