Operation:
- The pneumatic valve is supplied with compressed air; this air is then led through the piston of the pneumatic valve (either in the upper or lower position) to the middle block where it is distributed between the two direction ports to emerge on the left or right side of the pump.
As soon as the air is in the air chamber, the air pressure acts on the back of a diaphragm, so that the product is pushed out of the liquid chamber into the outlet tube.
Uses:
- For viscous liquids.
- Battery acid, citric acid, hydrochloric acid, maleic acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid.
- Ammonia, photographic developer, glycols, hydrogen peroxide, or other hazardous liquids (see compatibility).
Installation options:
- Stationary or mobile mounting.
- Submerged operating mode.
- Self-priming in the case of mobile containers.
