The OCIO management system measures the static pressure created by the height of the liquid by means of a tube inserted inside the tank, and displays the liquid level and volume. The OCIO system is suitable for measuring and monitoring tank levels (water, diesel, fuel oil, oil, food liquids...).
OCIO level kit contents:
- 1 OCIO LV / RS OUTPUT panel.
- 1 copper probe, special for liquids with viscosity < 30 Cst.
- 10 m of Ø5 mm hose, for measuring the static pressure (extendable up to 50 m).
Level indication:
- Height (mm, inches).
- Volume (litres, gallons).
- Fill percentage (%).
Main advantages
- Continuous measurement.
- Indication by height, volume and refill percentage.
- High accuracy.
- Possibility of connecting to a computer.
- Simple installation.
- Up to 50m of tube.
Installation:
- The hose with probe is introduced through the top of the tank and immersed in the liquid until it rests on the bottom of the tank.
- Programming via the control unit software: tank dimensions, level alarms, unit of measurement, calibration, setting of alarms; the control unit activates or deactivates a contact, to operate warning devices (audible or visual) and/or cut the power supply to connected appliances.
