LIVERANI EP MINI flexible rotor pump :

Principle :
- The flexible blades of the impeller deform and suck the liquid inside the pump body.
- Continuous and smooth transfer of the product (ideal for dosing, filling and filtration).
- With reverser of the direction of rotation of the pump, this allows to return the liquid, to empty the pipes at the end of the transfer, for the rinsing of the pump.

Advantages :
- Little shearing of the pumped product.
- Self-priming pump up to 6 m depth, even when dry.
- The pump works in all positions.
- Excellent pumping at low speed, (ideal for transferring delicate and fragile fluids).
- Viscosity of the pumped liquid up to 50,000 cP.
- Pumping of liquids with suspended particles without aerating, emulsifying and without damaging the solid particles.

- Transfer pump, filling, emptying, recycling, mixing, filtering, dosing, and separation.
- In the oenology sector, (wine, must, destemmed grapes).

Characteristics of the rotors (impellers).
- Neoprene (CR): Good compromise between transferable products and mechanical resistance (mounted on the original pump).
- Natural rubber (NR): Excellent for water-based liquids at room temperature, maximum mechanical resistance.
- Nitrile (NBR): Excellent resistance to oils and greases.
- EPDM: Excellent for hot liquids, milk, excellent for alkaline and acidic fluids.
- Silicon (VMQ) : Excellent for high temperature, low mechanical resistance.
