Liverani EP MAXI flexible rotor pump

Principle:
- The flexible vanes of the impeller deform and draw the liquid inside the pump body.
- Continuous, gentle transfer of the product (ideal for dosing, filling and filtration).
- With a pump rotation direction reverser, allowing the liquid to be sent back and the hoses to be emptied at the end of transfer, for rinsing the pump.

Advantages:
- Little shearing of the pumped product.
- Self-priming pump up to 6 m deep, even when dry.
- The pump works in any position.
- Excellent pumping at low speed (ideal for transferring delicate and fragile fluids).
- Viscosity of the pumped liquid up to 50 000 cP.
- Pumping of liquids with suspended particles without aerating, emulsifying or damaging the solid particles.


Uses:
- Transfer, filling, emptying, recycling, mixing, filtering, dosing and separation pump.
- In the oenology sector (wine, must, destemmed grape harvest).
- For pharmaceutical liquids, creams, lotions, liquid soap.
- For food liquids: butter, beer, jam, compote, dessert cream, cheese, glucose, vegetable oil, fruit juice, pancake batter, fruit pulp, honey, tomato sauce, brine, syrup, sugar, wines, yoghurts.
- For chemical liquids, waxes, detergents, emulsions, glycols.

- 316 stainless steel pump body.
- EPDM impeller, or other material on request, Neoprene (CR), NBR, NR or Silicone (VMQ).
- Double mechanical seal.

Rotor (impeller) specifications.
- NR (Natural rubber): excellent for water-based liquids at ambient temperature, maximum mechanical resistance (fitted to the pump as standard).
- NBR (Nitrile): excellent resistance to oils and greases.
- CR (Neoprene): good compromise between transferable products and mechanical resistance.
- EPDM: excellent for hot liquids, milk, excellent for alkaline and acid fluids.
- Silicone (VMQ): excellent for high temperature, low mechanical strength.
