Manual drum pump, compliant with the European ATEX standard atex II 2 GD T4 (Tf<120°C). It is designed to transfer hydrocarbons and certain solvents in potentially explosive environments and atmospheres, from a drum or a tank. Here is the list of fluids compatible with the ATEX manual pump (water, petrol, diesel, oils).
Specifications:
- Body, cover and lever: Cast iron (EN-GJL-200 or 250).
- Internal mechanism: Brass (Cu Zn39 Pb1 Al B).
- Fittings: Cast iron (EN-GJL-200).
- Pump shaft and fasteners: Steel (11SMNPB37).
- Seat seal: polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) braid.
- Connection gasket: PEB (expanded PTFE).
- Shaft sealing: PTFE braid.
- 1 m stainless steel tube Ø 3/4" with 2" bung
- 300 micron filter, 304 stainless steel screen (Z6 CN 18.19).
- 2 m cable with clamp for earthing.
- Stainless steel elbow
- Manual dispensing nozzle (FAT_ version)
- Automatic dispensing nozzle (FAT_A version)
- Connection by brass half-shell fittings
- Rubber hose, length 2 m (NBR conductive tube),
