Lifting station for waste water, loaded water and sewage, for a home or small housing group (1 to 20 PE). Models with or without base feet (PA), cast iron pump with 1.50 kW cutter impeller, fitted with a float switch, reinforced polyethylene tank, volume 230 L.

Description

Composition of the lifting station with GQG 6 grinder pump:
- 1 tank for burying or placing on the ground, made of high-density polyethylene, with sealed cover locked by stainless steel hex-head screws, perfectly sealed, volume 230 litres.
- 1 cast iron lift pump with open multi-channel impeller and grinding system, specially for loaded water, with 20 m cable and on/off float switch.
- 1 MCOMP + control panel.
- 1 cast iron base foot + stainless steel guide bars (model CAL230 GQGM 6 - PA).
- 1 rigid pipework (inside).
- 1 PVC Ø 63 mm isolating valve (with union fitting) for maintenance. (model CAL230 GQGM 6).
- 1 PVC Ø 63 mm ball check valve for waste water.
- 1 PVC wall pass-through Ø 50 x 1“1/2.
- 2 cable glands for the power supply and the overflow
- 1 lip seal to fit the Ø 100 inlet pipe.
- 1 lip seal for Ø 100 ventilation (hole to be drilled at Ø 108 mm)
- 1 230V male plug
- The set is assembled and delivered ready to use.
- Lifting of waste water for a home, up to 20 people.

The CALPEDA GQG station has a horizontal outlet without base feet, reference: 220151. And the outlet is vertical for reference: 220152 with base feet.
