Lifting station with 2 vortex impeller pumps, single-phase, on base feet

Lifting station fitted with 2 "special loaded water" pumps, high-density polyethylene tank, buried or placed on the ground, with a sealed cover locked by TH screws.

Composition of the lifting station:
- 1 buriable 500 L tank, in highly resistant polyethylene, height 710 mm.
- 2 cast iron lift pumps for loaded water (VORTEX impeller), solids passage 50 mm.
- 2 cast iron base feet.
- 2 guide bars in 304 stainless steel.
- 2 isolation valves (with union fitting) in PVC Ø 63 mm for maintenance.
- 2 ball check valves for waste water in PVC Ø 63 mm.
- 1 rigid pipework (inside) + outside manifold.
- 3 float switches with 20m of cable each, including 1 overflow alarm.
- 5 cable glands for the pumps and floats.
- 1 station outlet kit Ø 63 mm comprising: 1 PVC fitting and 1 flexible hose + 2 compression fittings. Can be fitted to PVC or PEHD pipework.
- 1 lip seal to fit the Ø 100 inlet pipe.
- 1 lip seal for ventilation in Ø 100.
- Hole to be drilled at Ø 108 mm.
- 1 RST3 connection kit (damp environment).
- the pumps are supplied with 10 m of cable each.
- 1 V2RM ELEC control and protection panel, for 2 lift pumps with built-in alarm.

The station is supplied complete and ready to use.
