Lifting station 2 grinder pumps Calpeda CAL500 2GQGM

Lifting station fitted with 2 loaded (dirty) water pumps GQGM 6-25, grinder impeller, high-density polyethylene tank, buried or floor-standing, with sealed lid locked by stainless steel hex-head screws.

Use:
- Waste water
- Loaded water
- Foul water.

Composition of the lifting station:
- 1 burial-type tank of 500 litres, in highly resistant polyethylene.
- 2 lift pumps in special cast iron for loaded water, (macerating impeller).
- 2 cast iron base feet, (model CAL500 2GQGM 6-25-PA).
- 2 guide bars in 304 stainless steel, (model CAL500 2GQGM 6-25-PA).
- 2 isolating valves (with union fitting) in PVC Ø 50 mm for maintenance.
- 2 ball check valves special for waste water in PVC Ø 50 mm.
- 1 rigid pipework (inside) + outside manifold.
- 5 cable glands for the pumps and floats.
- 1 station outlet kit Ø 50 mm comprising: 1 PVC fitting and 1 flexible hose + 2 compression fittings. Can be fitted to PVC or PEHD pipework.
- 1 lip seal to fit the Ø 100 inlet pipe, (hole to be drilled at Ø 108 mm).
- 1 RST3 connection kit (damp environment).
- the pumps are supplied with 10 m of cable each.
- 1 control and protection panel, for piezometric probe, for 2 pumps, with overflow alarm.
- 1 piezometric probe, (fixed in the tank).

The station is supplied complete and ready to use.
