Vertical multistage stainless steel pump MXV DN50

All parts in contact with the liquid are made of chrome-nickel stainless steel, with the pump body and upper cover in cast iron.

Advantages:
- Vertical multistage pumps with suction and discharge connections of the same diameter and arranged on the same axis (in-line).
- Corrosion-resistant bearings lubricated by the pumped liquid.
- Pump with thrust bearing and coupling sleeve allowing the use of any standard V1-type motor.

Use:
- For clean, non-explosive liquids, free of solid, fibrous or abrasive matter (with adaptation of the sealing materials on request).
- Universal pump for supply, pressure boosting, fire-fighting systems, washing, irrigation, public water supply networks, and agricultural and industrial installations...

Limits of use:
- Liquid temperature: from -15 °C to +110 °C.
- Ambient operating temperature: up to 40 °C.
- Maximum permissible pressure in the pump body: 25 bar.

Motor :
- Standard V1-type construction.
- Insulation class F.
- IP 55 protection.
- Rated speed at 50 Hz: 2900 rpm. (Other frequency possible, 60 Hz, on request).
- Three-phase 230/400 V up to 3 Kw, from 4 Kw: 400/690 V.

Pump:
- Outer sleeve, stage casing, spacer, impeller: chrome-nickel steel (AISI 304 stainless steel).
- Pump body and upper cover: GJL 250 EN 1561 cast iron.
- Pump shaft and plug: chrome-nickel steel (AISI 303 stainless steel).
- Bearing on the shaft / bearing in the stage casing: corrosion-resistant cemented carbide.
- Mechanical seal: hard metal / hard carbon / EPDM.
- Wear ring: PTFE.
- O-rings: NBR.
- ACS compliant.

- Cast iron flanges PN25-40  (EN 1092-2).
- Centre distance: 300mm.
- Nominal diameter of suction and discharge ports: DN50.
